Job Description

As a SRAM Design Architect at ST, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that memory solutions are meticulously analyzed to achieve Best in Class PPA, Design Robustness, and first-time silicon success. Your responsibilities will include working on memory architecture and verification methodology solutions, conducting key technology and design benchmarking, driving R&D activities for SRAM & Memory Subsystem, mentoring young designers, providing technical customer support, silicon debug support, and collaborating across foundation IP teams to deliver a consistent offer to customers. Your expertise in Memory Design & Test, along with hands-on experience in Low Power/High-Speed design techniques and verification methods, will be essential for success in this role. You should have a deep understanding of technology challenges such as Process variations, submicron effects, device morphology, Layout effects, Ageing, and Reliability. Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with prior customer-facing experience, will be valuable assets in this position. As a leader in driving memory design projects from specifications to design architecture to implementation and silicon success, you will bring your rich experience in multi-site/multi-disciplinary projects to the table. Additionally, industry-relevant patents and publications in peer-reviewed journals/conferences will further enhance your profile.
