Job Description

Training Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a company-wide training and development strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) through surveys, discussion with HODs, and job analysis. Program Development & Delivery Design, develop, and implement learning programs (technical, behavioral, functional, compliance). Coordinate with department heads to create department-specific capability development plans. Identify and onboard external training partners and subject matter experts when needed. Training Operations Maintain training calendars and ensure timely execution of programs. Manage training budgets and vendor contracts. Keep records of training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness metrics. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and KPIs. Recommend and implement improvements to training methods and materials. Digital Learning Champion e-learning and blended learning solutions; manage LMS (Learning Management System). Encourage a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization. Leadership Development Partner with HR and senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent. Support succession planning efforts through structured learning journeys. Requirements Masters degree in HR. 58 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
