Job Description
Minimum experience required: 8+ Years Requirements We are seeking an experienced Boomi Integration Developer with a strong background in IT, software development, and integration processes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience, including expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and design to coding, testing, and implementation. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing EDI/EAI applications using Boomi or similar integration platforms is required. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement Boomi-based integration solutions to support business processes and data flow across various enterprise applications. Enterprise Standards Compliance: Leverage and follow enterprise-standard tools and processes to ensure robust traceability and audit processes for integrations. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues and continually optimize Boomi integration processes for efficiency. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding of new team members. Trading Partner Onboarding: Manage trading partner onboarding processes using various communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, and VAN. Transaction Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure effective monitoring and troubleshooting of transaction failures, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution. EDI Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT and be proficient in EDI mapping, XML mapping, and positional file mapping. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience involving full software development lifecycle. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Boomi or similar integration platforms. Strong knowledge of integration design, development processes, and best practices. Expertise in EDI/EAI applications, including EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), XML, and positional file mapping. Experience with trading partner onboarding and working with communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, and VAN. Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based integration solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Boomi certifications (Boomi Associate, Professional, or Architect Certification) are a plus. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and related integration technologies. Understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, and other web service technologies.,
