Are you a seasoned IT service delivery leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in a global delivery setup We are on the lookout for a Delivery Lead (AVM Delivery Manager) to head large-scale Application Maintenance & Production Support engagements and lead with impact. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end AVM/AMS delivery across enterprise systems. Lead SLA-driven production support operations. Ensure service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with global and multi-vendor delivery teams. Utilize ServiceNow and champion DevOps (Azure) best practices. Foster strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements 10+ years of IT service delivery experience. 5+ years in AVM/AMS leadership roles. Experience in managing multi-client engagements.
