Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels/products/documents from the warehouse/store/factory/office to customers/transporters.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per schedule.
• Verify delivery details and collect payments (if applicable).
• Maintain records of deliveries, receipts, and customer feedback.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures during deliveries.
• Communicate with the dispatch team for route optimization and updates.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist in loading/unloading packages when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Valid driving license (Two-wheeler/Three-wheeler/LMV as applicable).
• Own vehicle 2 wheeler preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & Basic English). Should understand and read basic documents like challan/invoice/other delivery documents.
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry items as needed.
• Punctual, responsible, and polite with customers.
