As a Delivery Assistant, you will support the delivery process by helping to load and unload packages, ensuring accurate delivery to customers, and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include assisting drivers with route planning, maintaining delivery logs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in logistics or customer service is a plus.
