Job Description
Responsibilities: Pickup and Delivery: Collect parcels or products from the warehouse or vendor and deliver them to customers" addresses on time. Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Package Handling: Handle packages carefully to prevent damage during transit. Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers during delivery, and confirm delivery with signatures. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.) is in good working condition and regularly maintained. Compliance: Follow traffic rules and company guidelines for safety and professionalism. Returns Management: Collect returned items from customers and report back to the concerned department. Reporting Issues: Report delays, accidents, or other delivery issues promptly to supervisors. Qualification: Education: Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC) Driving License: Valid two-wheeler license Physical Fitness: Should be physically fit and able to lift and carry packages. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate politely with customers. Experience (optional): Prior delivery experience (e.g., food, courier, e-commerce) is a plus but not always required.
