We specialize in unsecured business loans for the MSME sector, and are known for our flexible underwriting and strong recovery practices. As we transition into a corporate structure, we are looking to strengthen our field operations.

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Recovery Executive with experience in hard recovery and field collection. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recovering overdue payments from customers and handling high-pressure field situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit borrowers in the field to recover overdue EMIs and outstanding payments

• Carry out hard recovery actions as per company policy

• Maintain regular follow-up with defaulters and document all interactions

• Coordinate with the internal credit and legal team for escalated recovery cases

• Submit daily recovery reports and field updates to the team lead

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hard recovery/field collection (preferably in NBFC or microfinance sector)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes and market

• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground

• Own two-wheeler preferred

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Incentives (based on recovery performance)
