Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Salary:

• Up to 40,000 CTC (Based on experience)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a US shift

• Experience in Sales is mandatory

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience in Sales is essential

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Comfortable working in night shifts

• Ability to work in a high-performance environment

Working Hours:

• Shift: 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM

• Days off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed off)

• 5-day working week

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients and customers through calls, emails, and other sales channels

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads

• Close sales and manage the full sales cycle

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Keep updated records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management for process improvement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction

• Previous experience in US shift sales roles is highly preferred
