Job Opening: Collection Agent (1st/3rd Party Collections)
Location: Bhayandar [W]
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in US-based collections (1st or 3rd party)
Salary: Up to ?40,000 (based on last drawn salary)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (Rotational 9-hour shift)
Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Requirements:
Prior experience in US collections (1st or 3rd party)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
Good English communication
