Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to address billing discrepancies or client disputes, monitoring and tracking overdue accounts, and taking appropriate actions to minimize bad debt. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports on collection activity and account statuses. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar capacity, possess familiarity with laws pertaining to debt collection and client communication, and exhibit strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
