Company Description Magi metals trading pvt Ltd. Job Title*: Dealing Desk Associate Location*:Kochi, Kerala 3*:3.5-4.5 Lacs PA. Full time Department*: Trading of precious metals. Job Summary* The Dealing Desk Associate is responsible for executing trades, managing client orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient market transactions. This role involves close interaction with clients, brokers, and various financial markets to facilitate trading activities, provide market insights, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities + ** Trade Execution** : Execute buy and sell orders for clients across various financial instruments (commodities , precious metals ) ina timely and accurate manner. - **Order Management**: Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently and within specified parameters. - **Market Analysis**: Analyze market conditions and trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. - **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their trading needs, provide updates on order status, and deliver market information. - **Risk Management**: Monitor trading positions and ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures. - **System Monitoring**: Oversee the functioning of trading platforms and systems, addressing any technical issues promptly. - **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain detailed records of all transactions and activities, generating reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes. - **International Market Awareness:**Monitor global financial markets and Stay informed about geopolitical developments, currency fluctuations, and international economic data. - **Account Reconciliation:**Reconcile trading accounts daily to Ensure all trades, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions are reflected correctly in client and company accounts. Qualifications* - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field. - **Experience**: 2 Year proven experience in commercial brokerage firm with experience in Trading commodities, precious metals or financial market. - **Skills**: - Proficiency in english communication. - Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software. - Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
