Job Description

The Supervisor Operations will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Executives to effectively manage the operational activities of the Ecom Digital Services. The key result areas include ensuring slot adherence, achieving lead conversions on the first attempt, maintaining team discipline and motivation through reporting, team grooming, uniform and ID card management. Additionally, the Supervisor Operations will be involved in daily briefing, performance reviews, and team engagement to enhance performance management. It is crucial to uphold integrity and proper behavior in the field, including the remittance and deposit of 100% of Cash on Delivery collections on the same day. The Supervisor Operations will also play a key role in hiring and retaining team members as per the manpower plan, meeting Client Operations Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance metrics, as well as achieving high Customer Satisfaction Scores. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a quarterly bonus structure. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location will be in person.,
