Experience: 6-10 years Work Location: Hyderabad Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions to meet business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Ensure software is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Guide team members in adopting best practices for coding, testing, and design. Provide regular feedback and mentorship to junior team members. Act as a technical point of contact for clients and ensure smooth project delivery. Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical challenges as they arise. Contribute to architecture discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: Solid experience in Database Design & Architecture and hands-on expertise with SQL-based systems. Proficient in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing. Experience with ETL tools (SSIS) and data integration. Knowledge of Power BI and DAX queries for reporting and analytics. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the insurance domain or related industries is a plus.,
