**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERABLE*** We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with a minimum of 3 years experience in managing SQL-based databases. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of database systems. Key Skills: SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB Database Normalization, Indexing, Integrity Backup & Recovery, Security Management Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting Strong Analytical & Communication Skills Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server and MySQL databases Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and performance Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies Perform database tuning and optimization Modify and manage database structures according to project and business needs Automate and refine regular processes; document changes and track issues Regularly assess and update database security Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of database technologies and structures Proven experience as a DBA in a production environment Familiarity with business processes and ability to understand business requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage database environments effectively Awareness of emerging database technologies and trends Proficient in handling and structuring database tables.
