Job Type: Full Time Role: Data Research Associate (DRA) Qualification: Any Graduate with Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) and Good Excel and Email knowledge. Experience: Fresher / 1 Year | Full-time Job Location: Kudal, Maharashtra No. of Positions: 10 (Ten) Technical Skills Good in MS Excel and Microsoft Word Good in Web-Browsing Should have an advanced understanding of Excel for working on large product data sheets. Should have the ability to manipulate and apply complex Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP. Should have the ability to read and understand instructions in English from our overseas clients. Should have the ability to learn new software related to E-commerce. Role and Responsibility Conduct research to gather and organize relevant data from various sources. Assist in data entry, verification, and updating of databases. Analyze data using basic Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and create reports. Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation of research processes. Skills and Qualifications Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly. Behavioral Skills Positive attitude towards work. Ability to Meet Deadlines. Should be punctual at work. Should have a positive attitude towards the team, confident & hardworking. Self-starter, good team player, quick learner, and self-motivated.
