Job Description

You are a skilled Data Quality & Validation Engineer with over 4 years of experience in ETL, SQL, and ABAP. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data products by designing and executing test plans, validating data integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying data quality issues for resolution. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing and executing test plans for data products, ETL processes, and data migration projects. - Validating data integrity and consistency across systems using SQL and ABAP. - Collaborating with development and functional teams to understand data flows and requirements. - Performing impact analysis and regression testing using tools like Tricentis LiveCompare, Panaya, and other test management tools. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking data quality issues to resolution. - Working with stakeholders to define and implement data validation strategies and test automation. Required skills for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience in ETL processes, SQL, and ABAP. - Deep understanding of data validation techniques and data integrity principles. - Experience with test management tools and frameworks for enterprise data environments. - Exposure to tools like Tricentis LiveCompare, Panaya, or equivalent platforms. - Ability to analyze large data sets and troubleshoot data discrepancies. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in SAP environments or data migration projects. - Familiarity with automation tools for data validation and QA reporting. - ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.
