We are hiring a operator who will handle incoming calls from bus passengers, solve their queries (delays, driver issues, pickup confusion, etc.), and assist the backend team with basic data entry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

? Attending inbound calls on behalf of bus operators

? Resolving passenger complaints and sharing updates

? Assigning passenger data to telecallers using Google Sheets/Excel

? Supporting the operations team with daily data work
