As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the transition of Supplier Management and CAPA modules from TrackWise Digital to MasterControl, as well as participating in a pilot development project involving JIRA. The ideal candidate for this role will possess hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and import processes within regulated systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Supplier Management Module: - Understanding TrackWise Digital Supplier Files and related objects such as Certificates, Audits, and SCARs. - Utilizing MassFileDownloader for multi-level data extraction. - Preparing and validating 413 Supplier Records, 9 SCARs, and 75 Audit Records for import into MasterControl. - Completing MasterControl Workbook and testing data import. - Ensuring data integrity and deactivating legacy records in TrackWise Digital. CAPA Module: - Analyzing CAPA-related objects and assessing the applicability of MassFileDownloader. - Extracting and preparing 374 Quality Events, 129 Investigations, and 60 CAPA Records. - Performing manual data import and potential clean-up in TrackWise Digital. Pilot Development Project: - Gaining familiarity with JIRA file structures. - Assisting in data extraction and manual import into MasterControl. - Validating filesets and supporting JIRA record clean-up. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience working with TrackWise Digital, MasterControl, and JIRA. - A strong understanding of data migration tools and processes. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory documentation is a plus.
