Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate loan applications and supporting documents for creditworthiness

Analyze financial data, income documents, and credit reports

Perform risk assessment and assign risk grades

Ensure adherence to company policies and lending regulations

Approve or escalate applications based on set limits

Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancy resolution

Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Good knowledge of underwriting policies and financial analysis

Familiarity with credit scoring systems and financial ratios

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
