Responsibilities System Analysis Lead analysis of Fields internal processes to identify opportunities for more efficient and impactful use of data in day-to-day activities Lead on strategic analyses of operational data to deliver key process and strategic insights to operational and data teams Lead in-depth customer and market research initiatives to determine opportunities for Fields products and services Support client system and process analysis to guide the customization and deployment of Fields services Solution Development Define, develop and implement robust monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and barriers to impact on an ongoing basis alongside data teams Align cross-functional stakeholders and lead the implementation of complex change initiatives Design and implement targeted tools to assist stakeholders across the organization in better use of data Create data-driven insights and recommendations for product and process adjustments, scaling, or phase-outs based on analytical findings Collaborate with the CEO, Growth, and Program Leads to shape go-to-market strategy and evaluate new verticals or regions Track performance across BD initiatives and refine strategy based on results, market trends, and partner feedback Terms Reports to CEO, regular collaboration with CTO and Data Lead Travel to support new initiatives (<= 30% time) Specific project priorities to be collaboratively developed each month Initial 3 month consulting scope with aim to develop longer term scope of work If this sounds like a place you'd like to come to work, we humbly suggest we could do some great things together.
