Code : CL 205 Location : India (Remote) Experience Required : 4+ years of experience in a QA/Tester or Data Analyst role with a strong testing focus. Job Description Were seeking a detail-oriented Tester/Systems Analyst to join our Global Clinical IT team. This role focuses on validating data and reporting workflows, ensuring accuracy and performance across systems that support clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Oracle databases, Tableau Reports, and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, monitoring and validation). Unlike a traditional Business Analyst, this role is primarily focused on testing and quality assurance, not requirements gathering. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Owner to define features, acceptance criteria, and support iterative grooming of user stories. Analyze current systems and data models, understand systems of record and systems of engagement. Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes. Validate data across Oracle databases, ETL pipelines, and Tableau reports. Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing in Agile sprint cycles. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and data engineers to understand system workflows and data sources. Troubleshoot and track defects to resolution; perform root cause analysis. Support test documentation for validation and compliance (especially in regulated environments). Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation opportunities.,
