The Quality Control Executive position at Shri Harsh Dairy in Bakrol, Ahmedabad, requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to uphold superior quality standards across all dairy products, from raw milk to finished goods. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring consistent quality throughout the milk production process, overseeing the quality of by-products such as Buttermilk, Paneer, and Dahi, as well as supervising Ghee production. It will be your responsibility to establish and enforce batch-wise production procedures to maintain quality and consistency, along with implementing critical quality parameters throughout the dairy plant operations. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience in quality control within a dairy or food processing plant, a solid grasp of food safety standards such as HACCP and FSSAI regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively implement and monitor quality assurance programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
