Were Hiring Customer Support - Stores Location: Envitest Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our team. The role involves: Manage the front desk to receive guests, vendors, and incoming materials. Oversee stores and inventory as assigned, with proper documentation. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace. Coordinate with customers on logistics, material handling, and deliveries. Communicate updates effectively with internal teams and clients. Maintain healthy project documentation in line with ISO 17025 standards. Follow up with clients post-testing to confirm deliveries and collect feedback. Learn and take on new responsibilities as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, handling materials.
