As a Customer Support Intern at Splashlearn (Studypad), you will be responsible for providing prompt chat support to users, demonstrating attentiveness and empathy in addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will manage multiple inbound chats simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks and gathering necessary information to offer accurate and personalized assistance. In addition to chat support, you will also be required to address incoming emails in a timely manner with professionalism and attention to detail. By providing comprehensive responses to user inquiries, you will offer solutions and assistance as needed, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will utilize various internet-based platforms and software tools to interact with both new and existing users. You will provide information on current courses, promotions, and new product offerings, delivering clear and concise explanations to enhance user experience. Furthermore, as part of the problem resolution process, you will diagnose user queries to identify root causes and collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions. Offering personalized advice and guidance to users experiencing subscription issues or service troubles will be crucial in ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
