Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via voice, email, and chat for processes such as Games Blended, APB Email, APB Voice, and Acko. You will need to provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborating with the internal team to resolve issues quickly and meeting performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback are key responsibilities in this role. This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to establish or advance their careers in the customer service domain. The minimum qualification required is 12th Pass, and candidates with good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply. The salary range for this position is between 15,000 to 21,000 per month, based on experience and the assigned process.
