As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong English communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. - Proficiency in Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil to cater to customers in their preferred languages. - Embracing a customer-centric approach by actively listening to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions. - Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience. - Being adaptable in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities and customer needs. - Handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and webchats. Qualifications: - Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil. - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. - Flexibility in work hours to meet customer requirements. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. Candidates should be comfortable with traveling to Vashi six days a week and working six days a week. Proficiency in Telugu is preferred. The work location is in person.
