Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and chat
  • Handle backend support operations related to product and servies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively
  • Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken Hindi and English communication
  • Strong comprehension and grammar abilities

Typing Speed Requirement:

Qualifications:
