Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and chat
- Handle backend support operations related to product and servies
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken Hindi and English communication
- Strong comprehension and grammar abilities
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Typing Speed Requirement:
- Minimum 25 to 35 words per minute with high accuracy
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC (12th pass)
- At least 1 year of experience in an email process or backend customer service role
