About Elite Management Services
Job Description
1) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
2) Coordinating customers Sales enquiries coming from Website/ Social Media Platforms/ Whatsapp etc
3) Upselling other products while guiding the orders Customer inquired / placing orders/ verifying the orders placed/ or support in completing the purchase
2) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
3) Prepare basic sales reports and documentation
4) Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
