I have an open position for an Inbound Customer Care Executive (International Process, Voice, Chat and Technical Support) and would love to discuss if you're interested.

Job Description:

·       Position: Inbound Customer Care Executive (International Process, Voice, Chat and Tech Support)

·       Location: Sector 81 Noida

·       Salary: Up to 40K Per Month

·       Interview Mode: Virtual and F2F

For Voice Process -- 6+ Months Experience in International BPO in Voice is Mandatory.

For Chat Process -- 6+ Months Experience in International BPO in Chat is Mandatory.

For Tech Support -- 12+ Months Experience in International BPO in Tech Support is Mandatory.

Key Requirements:

·       6+ months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.

·       Handling basic customer queries related to telecom bills and providing customer resolution.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

·       Providing support to international customers.

·       Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift).

·       For Tech support -- Should have experience with networking ,It, routing ,switches, modem, IP address DNS, DHCP, wifi ,internet ,VPN ,Firewall.

Its 5 Days working, company will provide both side cabs, Meals and PF.
