We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently over the phone for our global clients.

Handle inbound calls from international customers ,primarily from the US.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.

Meet or exceed daily productivity targets and quality standards.
