Customer Support Executive Bigfix Gadget Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for buyback process of devices, appliances, and other products.
• Request and verify product/device photos from vendors or customers for evaluation.
• Maintain records of product condition and pricing approvals.
• Handle communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email for smooth process flow.
• Follow up with vendors for timely responses and updates.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and updating status in internal systems.
