Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to converted customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve customer complaint and issues effectively and efficiently
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
· Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved
· Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or client service role
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in using MS Office and customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.)
· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
· Graduate in any discipline
