Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide clear, step-by-step assistance.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the issue and guide customers toward a resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and one regional/vernacular language.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of common customer service tools and systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in a voice-based customer support or call centre role is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently to customers.
