Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide clear, step-by-step assistance.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the issue and guide customers toward a resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and one regional/vernacular language.
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of common customer service tools and systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a voice-based customer support or call centre role is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
