Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise and guide a team of Admission Counsellors.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching for sales improvement.

Sales & Admissions Growth:

  • Drive student admissions to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure a high conversion rate from leads to admissions.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address student and parent inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to increase brand visibility.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and other institutions.

Operational & Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions, revenue, and performance reports.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Provide insights on sales performance and areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the senior management team for strategic planning.
