Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and guide a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching for sales improvement.
Sales & Admissions Growth:
- Drive student admissions to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from leads to admissions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Address student and parent inquiries professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to increase brand visibility.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and other institutions.
Operational & Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day branch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, revenue, and performance reports.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports.
- Provide insights on sales performance and areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the senior management team for strategic planning.
