We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through various channels such as email, chat, phone, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions using internal CRM tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Technical Support.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and support processes.
