Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Work from Home (Contractual Role)
Job Description:
- Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Inbound Voice process
- Process: E-Commerce
- Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off
- Working Days: 6 days a week,
- Working Hours: 9 hours of login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break)
Language Requirements:
- Regional Language: Malayalam and Average English

System Configuration Requirements:
- Laptop with i5 processor/Ryzen 5, 8+ GB RAM, and Windows 10 OS
- Wi-Fi Or Broadband internet connection with a speed of 30 Mbps or above
- Government laptops are not eligible
- Candidates must join the interview using a laptop

- Qualification: Graduation in any degree & Undergraduate 12th
