Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Work from Home (Contractual Role)

 

Job Description:

  • Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Inbound Voice process
  • Process: E-Commerce
  • Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off
  • Working Days: 6 days a week,
  • Working Hours: 9 hours of login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break)

Language Requirements:

  • Regional Language: Malayalam and Average English

System Configuration Requirements:

  • Laptop with i5 processor/Ryzen 5, 8+ GB RAM, and Windows 10 OS
  • Wi-Fi Or Broadband internet connection with a speed of 30 Mbps or above
  • Government laptops are not eligible
  • Candidates must join the interview using a laptop
