Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our international/domestic voice process. The role involves interacting with customers to resolve inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers
Provide accurate information about products or services
Resolve customer complaints or queries efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
Required Candidate Profile:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months to 2 years in BPO/customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or Hindi for domestic)
Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend offs
