As a graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience, you must possess excellent verbal and communication skills. Knowledge of "Rummy" as a game is a requirement for this position. Candidates with outbound calling experience will be preferred. Your role will involve understanding customer queries and providing appropriate solutions, as well as engaging and retaining players effectively. It is essential to be aware of all the policies and procedures necessary to offer seamless support to customers. Fluency in Tamil and other regional languages would be an added advantage. Proficiency in working on computers and CRM systems is expected. Previous experience in call center/customer service (chat, voice, email) is highly desirable. You will be responsible for investigating cash withdrawal, deposit, and chargeback transactions. Prior experience in Sales and Business Development across various sectors, including gaming and entertainment, is advantageous. A keen interest in and knowledge of the online gaming sector is crucial for this role. The ability to work effectively under high targets and pressure is a must.
