Customer Support Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate Engineer in ICE / EIE/ECE with Instrumentation Background having 2 to 4 Years Experience in relevant field from a reputed organization.
- Yokogawa Experience will be an added Advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess strong technical knowledge in DCS / PLC/Field Instruments.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance and handle all Execution activities related to System & Products.
- Site Visit is Mandatory. Should travel extensively across Southern Region.
- Follow up with Customer for problem solving and handle all Technical Queries.
Skills:
- Must possess good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be Customer oriented & proactive.
