Job Description

Location: Bhosari, Pune Qualification: BE Mechanical/ Instrumentation Engineer Experience: 2-5 year Job Responsibilities : To diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems, Install and provide machine training to customer, Handle customer complaints and prepare reports on customer issues. Resolve customer issues either using remote access or by visiting on site. Communicate customer via SMS, Call, e-mail. Properly escalate customer issues with respective department and monitor it and close the loop with customer. Verify/Crosscheck the trials reports of the machine submitted by respective department. Conduct trials on behalf of customer and Verify/Crosscheck the machine as per FAT (Final Acceptance Testing) Document /KOM/ Client Requirement DOC. Prepare trial report of the machine and highlight the concern to respective department. Perform Installation and commission of machine at client side after successful FAT. Provide training and trials to customer. Provide services, AMCs, Spare to customer to increase company revenue. Generate new enquiries and properly escalate it to sales depart. Maintain Customer related data. Skills Ability to read, interpret and accurately respond to technical specifications related vision system. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal personnel and customers. Knowledge of industry engineering standards and capabilities. Good oral and written communications skills; able to provide succinct and accurate technical communications. Excellent presentation skills.
