- Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently
- Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, issue resolution, and technical support
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
