Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Malayalam, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory (0 to 2 years of experience).
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer support software.

Additional Information

This is a contractual position with an annual salary of 1,50,000. The work location is in Other Kerala, and we have 10 positions available. The work mode is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.
