What Youll Do Live Chat Support Answer customer questions through live chat Respond quickly, clearly, and professionally in English Sales Support Share product details to help customers choose the right items Support the sales team with smooth communication CRM & Data Management Keep customer data updated in our CRM system Log chats and track customer activity Order Coordination Help process orders and coordinate with internal teams Keep customers updated on their orders Issue Handling Solve customer concerns efficiently and politely Escalate issues when needed Reporting Generate reports on chats and sales support activities Share ideas for service improvements Process Improvement Identify gaps and suggest better ways to serve customers What You Need Graduate degree in any stream 1+ year of experience in sales support (tech/IT experience is a bonus) Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, etc. Great at multitasking and working in a team Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset What Youll Get Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities Training and development support If you love helping customers and want to grow with a fast-paced global company, wed love to hear from you.
