Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in the BPO industry. As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers via voice Calls. If you're a fresher looking to start your career or have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective customer support via Call
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
4. Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and track issues
5. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
1. Minimum experience of 1 year in customer support (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Strong customer focus and empathy
5. Proficiency in using computers and software applications (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
6. Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
