Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Intern based in Bengaluru, where some work from home is acceptable. The Customer Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with troubleshooting issues, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience. Budget Range: 15-25 monthly. Role:- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting, and account-related issues. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to identify and report customer feedback for product/service improvements. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.,
