Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associates in the Health, Motor & Life Insurance domain. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping people and have excellent communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities Contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products (Outbound LOB).
• Providing excellent customer support and guidance throughout the customer journey.

Eligibility Criteria Qualification:

• Graduate from any field.

Experience:

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Preferred: Insurance experience and sales acumen.

Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence).
• No grammatical or pronunciation errors.

Languages Required:

• Proficiency in any of the following regional languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu

Interview Mode: Face to Face

• For freshers: Up to ?17,000 CTC
• For experienced candidates: ?25,000 to ?35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)
• Shift Details Rotational Shift (6 days of working)
• Day Shift for females (until 8 PM)
• Rotational shift for males
