JOB DESCRIPTION Knowledge of ACH (Automated Clearing House) is Must. To hiring candidates from banking process, fraud investigation (underwriting department), transaction monitoring. Inbound/Outbound customer and client contact to resolve inquiries. Use of various databases and software programs to obtain and communicate information to customers. Work closely with Collections department. Telephone and email outreach to current customers. Review reports for accounts requiring attention with regards to collections. Data entry of customer information into templates. Prioritize tasks, assignments, and customer inquiries in an effective and efficient manner. BASIC DETAILS 3 years relevant experience in Finance/ Banking related field.
