Job Description:  

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO team as Voice Process Executives. The role involves interacting with global customers to resolve queries, provide product/service information, and deliver excellent support over calls.

Responsibilities:  

- Handle inbound/outbound international calls  

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions  

- Follow standard procedures and documentation  

- Meet daily performance and quality targets  

- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all interactions

Requirements:  

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)  

- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs  

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills  

- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities  

- Immediate joiners preferred
