Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our retail outlet in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, ensure smooth store operations, and coordinate with schools for specific uniform and clothing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• ? Greet and assist customers visiting the store in a courteous and friendly manner
• ?? Provide product information and help customers make purchase decisions
• ? Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing and after-sales support
• ? Assist in store maintenance, visual merchandising, and stock organization
• ? Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues on time
• ? Coordinate with school representatives for uniform-related orders and updates
• ? Support in packaging, dispatch, and other logistics during peak seasons
